The Concierge is roomZy’s on-screen host. On the bay’s own screen it welcomes players, offers to add time before the buzzer (a clean upsell, not an eviction), and at the end shows a book-again link or QR — or your contact line, if you don’t take bookings online. It runs on the Windows PC at each bay — the same machine running your simulator or game.
Windows may ask for permission once. No admin password is needed after that. Dashboard detail: Concierge & Bay PCs. What it says and does: Concierge settings.
install-concierge.ps1 — Shift-right-click inside it → Open PowerShell window here (or right-click → Open in Terminal). If you unzipped an older package and see a roomzy-concierge folder inside, open that one.powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\install-concierge.ps1 <pairing-code> (paste the code from Pair). The Bypass part lets this one script run on a PC that blocks scripts by default; it changes nothing else on the machine.powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\uninstall-concierge.ps1 from the installed folder, %LOCALAPPDATA%\roomZy\Concierge (it stops the Concierge, removes auto-start, and cleans up). What the goodbye screen points at follows Settings → Hours & booking → Online booking — your roomZy page, your own site, or a contact line with no code.
