A membership is prepaid bay time every month (or year) at the venue's member rate. Join online, and your hours are ready to book with straight away.
Hours reset each time a period is paid; unused time doesn't carry over. Cancel any time through the venue.
Book online as usual and enter your mobile number on the sheet — the first time on a device you'll be asked for a six-digit e-mail code; after that the page remembers you. The ticket shows the hours coming off: "60 min from your membership −$40 · Nothing to pay". Full steps: Booking with a balance.
At the bay, the Concierge already knows who's playing, so extra time you accept comes off your hours automatically. Hours cover bay time only — extras like a swing analysis are paid separately.
Plans, in hours, live under Settings → Payments (the Memberships, gift cards & points card; Stripe must be connected). A member's remaining minutes show on their guest record; top them up there with Adjust for members who pay you some other way. At the desk, link the guest on a new reservation and tick Use their balance.
