Everything a guest pays for is set in one place, by you: prices by length, a type for bays that differ, extras, and where big groups should call. Settings → Pricing & bay types.
First on the page: the lengths a guest can pick — 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180 or 240 minutes. Tap to turn each on or off. Per-length prices below follow whatever's on.
With Stripe connected (Settings → Payments) the guest is charged exactly this at checkout. Without it, guests pay at the desk. Choose No prices shown to hide prices altogether.
Charge more at your busy times — weekday evenings, weekends — without changing your normal rates.
A booking is charged the peak price when its start time falls inside a window; every other time pays your normal rate. On the booking page the guest sees a "peak pricing" note and the exact figure once they pick a time. Peak applies to your main rate — a bay type with its own prices keeps them.
Most venues have bays that are all the same. Some have one that's different — a VIP room, a curved screen, a premium bay. Mark only the bays that differ:
Flat add-ons a guest can tick on the booking sheet — video swing analysis, an extra player, a club rental. Name, price, how many per booking, and which types offer it. They're charged with the booking. Membership minutes and points never cover extras; gift cards and discount codes do.
Guests can book up to three bays online. Anything bigger — a buyout, a league night, a party — is a conversation, so put a line here ("Booking more than three bays or planning an event? Call…") and it shows under the times on the booking page. Staff book the big ones from the dashboard, any number of bays at once.
