Your roomZy booking page can send customers straight to your own checkout to pay for a session — using the payment processor you already trust. You stay the merchant, you keep the funds, and roomZy never touches the money or sees a card number.
There are two ways to take payment, depending on your processor. Stripe is built right in and unlocks the most. Square and Clover work with a checkout link you provide — or you can simply collect at the front desk.
The deepest integration — nothing to copy or send. roomZy builds the checkout on your Stripe account, so exact prices, deposits, and “paid” status all flow onto the booking automatically.
Connecting Stripe also turns on the features that need a saved card: automatic refunds & cancellations, Concierge “add more time” charged to the card on file, and memberships & gift cards. You stay the merchant of record; funds go straight to your Stripe balance.
Already running Square or Clover in-store? roomZy can point the Pay button at a hosted checkout link you create — or you can skip online payment and take it at the desk (roomZy still confirms the booking and shows what’s owed). This route is simpler, but it doesn’t include card-on-file, auto-charged time extensions, or automatic refunds — those need Stripe.
Send the link to support@roomzy.io and we’ll wire it to your booking page — usually the same day.
squareup.com → Online → Checkout Links (or Payments → Payment Links).square.link/… URL and send it to roomZy.clover.com → your dashboard.Clover’s link tools vary by plan and installed apps — if you don’t see a payment-link option, email us and we’ll point you to the right one.
You keep 100% of what customers pay, minus your processor’s standard fee (typically ~2.9% + 30¢). roomZy takes nothing from the transaction and never stores card details — payment happens entirely on your processor’s secure, PCI-compliant page.
