Data feed

Your scorecards in your own spreadsheet

roomZy captures every scorecard your bays produce. The data feed hands them to Excel or Google Sheets as a link the spreadsheet refreshes itself from — nothing to export, nothing to paste.

Turn it on

  1. In the dashboard, open Settings → Integrations → Data feed and click Turn on.
  2. Click Copy link on the layout you want (below).

Excel

  1. Data → From Web, paste the link, OK.
  2. If Excel asks how to access the content, choose Anonymous — the link itself is the credential.
  3. In the preview, click Load. The scores land as a table on a new sheet.
  4. From then on, Data → Refresh All pulls the latest rounds.

Google Sheets

In any cell: =IMPORTDATA("paste the link here"). Sheets fills the table and re-fetches on its own about once an hour.

Which link

Round ID is the simulator's own round number where it has one, so it lines up with anything else you pulled from the sim. A scramble is one row for the side (“Logan / Tanner”) with the members listed beside it.

Keep it safe

Anyone with a link can read the scores, so treat a link like a password. Regenerate makes a new token and every old link stops working; Turn off stops the feed entirely. Links are read-only — nothing in roomZy can be changed through them.

The same rows, by hand

Prefer a paste? Open a league → Setup → a week’s row → Export, pick a layout, and it copies that week to the clipboard (and downloads a .csv). Click a cell in your spreadsheet and paste. The columns are identical to the feed, so a workbook built on a paste keeps working on the feed.
