Several bays
Booking several bays
A group can take more than one bay in a single booking — up to three online, any number from the desk. The bays are booked together, paid together and cancelled together.
Online, on the booking page
Up to three bays
- Where the venue has more than one kind of bay, each type has a counter — tap + (or the card) to add one of that type, − to take it away. "2 of 3 chosen" keeps count. A venue with one kind of bay shows How many bays instead.
- The times thin out to starts where every bay picked is free at once.
- The length chips and the summary show the price for all of them together — a VIP room at its rate plus a Standard bay at its rate, one checkout.
roomZy picks the actual bays inside each type, so nobody chooses between identical bays. For more than three bays, the venue's Groups & events line under the times says who to call.
From the desk
On New Reservation, the bay chips take any number: tap several, or All free for every open bay. Busy bays are struck out with who has them. The button reads Book 3 bays and makes them together — if any one is taken meanwhile, none are written.
What "together" means
One booking, several reservations
- Each bay gets its own reservation, so each starts and stops on its own and shows on its own calendar column.
- The first bay carries the price, the payment and the door code; the others say Part of a 3-bay booking · paid with the first bay, and the list shows them as with Bay 1.
- Cancel one and roomZy offers to cancel them all; a guest cancelling from their e-mail link cancels the set. Refunds run off the first bay.
- Points earn on every bay's time; membership minutes cover every bay's time.
